Ashputtel is an original tale collected by The Brothers Grimm. Most of us are more familiar with the name Cinderella, and the Disney movie, which was adapted from this original tale. This sculpture was inspired by Arthur Rackham's illustration for the story of Tattercoats. Ashputtel is sculpted to stand in her sculpted base (not pictured). She measures about 7 inches from head to toe, and about 8 inches tall on her base.
